Whether you're recently diagnosed, or have been on this journey since childhood, living with ADHD can be overwhelming and leave you feeling out of control, frustrated with yourself and exhausted! The field has grown rapidly and, despite the best intentions, no one has the time to sort through all the information available through social media, books, podcasts, etc. That's where I come in! Rely on my personal and professional expertise to sort through the overwhelming amount of information. Together we can identify and implement strategies and tools specifically tailored to your unique ADHD-related challenges.
In my counselling office, you will find a warm, compassionate environment in which to explore and unpack issues in order to better identify your path forward. I strongly believe in deepening self awareness and identifying areas of struggle so that we can begin to create actionable plans and strategies to move forward in a positive, meaningful way.
My practice is located at the Centre for Integrative Mental Health - a specialty ADHD clinic in Oakville led by renowned Psychiatrist Dr. Kenny Handelman.
