The clients that I work with experience various forms of anxiety (i.e. generalized, social, performance, health); panic attacks; self-esteem and self-confidence issues; that negatively impact their school, work, family, relationships, and life in general. Their goals is to better understand and manage emotions, adjust their mindsets (adjust perspectives, change their inner-critic into inner-support), increase their self-esteem and self-confidence, so they can better navigate through life challenges. They regain control over their lives, thus, living in accordance with their own design, continuing to grow and evolve as human beings.
With the use of Mindfulness, CBT and Self-Compassion as a foundation, I help clients become aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Clients gain the tools to better understand and regulate emotions; to identify, evaluate and reframe their thought patterns, adjust their action/behaviour accordingly. Identify and change core belief(s) accordingly.
