In my approach to counselling and therapy, I strive to offer a gentle, compassionate and comfortable space, honouring the courage and strength it takes to step into counselling. I aim to help people navigate the complexities of life by collaboratively exploring experiences together to help people gain a deeper understanding and awareness to reach their unique goals. I embrace a variety of approaches that centre on people’s resources, knowledge, and stories, while also recognizing how our lives are deeply embedded within environmental, societal and cultural contexts.
My experiences in counselling and mental health field including working in post-secondary counselling centres, as well as non-profit agencies. I work with a variety of concerns, with specific interests including supporting clients navigate depression, anxiety, self-compassion, academic difficulties, career development and uncertainty, grief and trauma.
