I work with individuals 18+ navigating interpersonal issues, life transitions and processing trauma. My approach is personable and relational, and I will help you get to the root of what is bothering you and assist you in addressing it in a direct way.
I have over 15 years of experience in the field, and I utilize EMDR as my main approach, along with somatic and person-centred talk therapies. I am also able to utilize extended EMDR sessions either online or in-person (half, full or multi-days) depending on how efficiently you would like to work (and feel relief more quickly!).
