I bring an attachment-informed, curious, authentic, and compassionate approach to my practice. I am passionate about empowering those with whom I work to overcome adversities with the goal of leading fuller lives where they are able to fully engage in and benefit from meaningful relationships with the people they value most.
I am compassionate, creative, and innovative, and approach my therapeutic work with an attitude of life-long learning. You are the expert. I rely on a number of treatment modalities in my practice including EMDR, IFS, Safe and Sound Protocol, ACT, CBT, and DBT.
