Seeking support for your mental health took strength. My goal for treatment is to help you build on that strength to achieve empowerment and positive behaviour change, using a combination of therapeutic interventions. My approach to counselling is both holistic and client-centered, allowing for deep understanding of internal and external factors contributing to your mental health. I will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan best suited to your unique needs. I support clients of all abilities including; individuals ages 5 and up, couples, and families, while always remaining empathetic and respectful of diversity.
My treatment style remains flexible in order to meet your specific, individual needs. Some treatment techniques commonly used in my work include, but are not limited to; CBT, DBT, mindfulness, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, ABA, etc. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can actively achieve positive changes.
