I believe that mental health services are so incredibly important, as they provide a safe space for people to explore their thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental and open space. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide that space for people to share their thoughts and feelings freely and safely.

My career path began in aesthetics and I enjoyed making people feel better about themselves. Over time I felt that even though people were leaving feeling better, it wasn't on a deep level. I wanted to do more. After 5 years in the field I decided to go back to school to pursue an education in Psychology, looking to help people in a deep and meaningful way.
