Hello, I am a registered master’s level social worker and psychotherapist in the Treaty 3 area of Kenora. I have been practicing therapy for over 15 years in a variety of mental health settings. I’m invested in creating a safe supportive judgement free environment. We will focus on developing goals together that improve your well-being. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, psychological distress and relationship concerns.
When working with couples, it’s essential for the parties involved to feel that their relationship will be supported with the utmost care and attention. It takes courage and shows commitment to reach out for support. I also have an interest in supporting individuals who are learning or living with Attention Deficit Disorder.
I can be of support to parents who are looking for strategies to support their youth. I have worked with parents who have youth struggling with big emotions, reactivity and regulation. I am currently offering individual and couples sessions in-person and virtually throughout Ontario.
