Hey, I’m Daniel! I’m a queer-identified therapist who loves working with other LGBTQ+ folks, racialized folks and allies! I specialize in working with youth and adults who are struggling with low mood, anxiety, stress, and other big emotions. I also love supporting folks who are looking to make changes in their careers, explore their identity, increase self-esteem, as well as navigate their faith (i.e. faith deconstruction, reconnecting with faith, religious trauma, etc.). Much of my career has been deeply rooted in social justice principles, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for you to explore.
In addition to my work as a social worker, I’m also a trained career counsellor. I enjoy helping my clients find meaning and purpose in their work, and excel in their careers. Overall, I’m well-equipped to guide you towards your goals and aspirations, helping you to live a life that feels good for you holistically.
When we start working together, I take time to truly get to know you, and then I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward. People of all genders, sexualities, and cultural and spiritual backgrounds are welcome in my virtual office!
