My aim is to offer a supportive, trusting, collaborative environment in which clients feel safe challenging themselves to grow towards meaningful change. I work alongside clients to identify the change they would like to see in their life and develop individualized strategies to get there. It is important to me that everyone I work with feels heard, respected, and never judged.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy. My approach is person centered, meaning I believe everyone has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change, my role is to support you in this discovery.
