As a Certified Canadian Counsellor, my focus is providing the necessary tools to assist individuals and couples in moving towards optimal health and wellness. I have been trained by leading experts in trauma therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI), and The Gottman Theory for couples. I am certified in the Safe & Sound Protocol (Polyvagal Theory) I am currently undergoing Somatic Experiencing Advanced level training.
