I am passionate about working with individuals who experience the complexities of chronic stress, anxiety and trauma. I gently lead with curiosity and compassion, support you in your current season of life, and offer you practical tools, skills, and self-understanding.
I support clients holistically using an integrative mind-body therapeutic approach, through a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens. I have experience in medical complexities, trauma, stress, anxiety, maternal mental health, and birth trauma. I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, integrative somatic trauma therapy, and ART.
