I use a variety of approaches such as attachment-based, CBT, & EMDR to support you in reaching your personal goals. I believe (and it is backed by research...!) that the therapeutic relationship is the most significant contributor to successful therapy. As a neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about tailoring my interventions to fit your unique needs.
