I offer emotion-focused psychotherapy with individuals who have experienced relational trauma to assist in processing core emotions. I also work with couples who have experienced trauma and experience difficulties communicating effectively with each other. I offer substance use counselling related to exploring change, harm reduction, abstinence, and relapse prevention strategies. I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and thoroughly enjoy working with youth and young adults. I offer services through Blueprint Counselling, a London-based private practice.
I’m happy you’re here. You’ve taken a big step in reaching out for support. I’m here to provide a warm space where you can heal and be yourself. I provide strengths-based and trauma-informed perspectives to the challenges you’re experiencing.
