I use a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to clients from diverse cultural, spiritual, and relationship backgrounds. I have experience with members of the LGBTQ+ community as well as the polyamorous, and kink communities. Being an Indigenous woman I understand the issues that Indigenous people face and offer a culturally and trauma informed approach to counselling.
I have the most experience in healthy and intimate relationship education including sex education. I am also disability educated from visible to invisible disabilities. I offer CBT, Solution-focused brief therapy, and humanistic and person-centered approaches to counselling.
