Counselling is a collaborative process where we will work together to address your goals and concerns. I use an integrative approach to counselling, which draws from various evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
