I have been helping people realize their goals and overcome challenges for over a decade using a holistic and psychodynamic approach, utilizing motivational-based techniques to support each person to help them grow and progress. I mainly work with teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes and relationship challenges.
