Ever since I can recall, I've been intrigued by the complexity of the human mind. My journey in psychology began as an undergraduate, where I delved into the foundational theories and the more I learned, the more I realized that psychology is not just a subject; it's a lens where we can understand ourselves and others. I believe that every individual's unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to psychological well-being. My approach is deeply personalized, focusing on your specific needs, goals, and strengths. I work collaboratively with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your values and aspirations.
Finding the right therapist can often be a lengthy and challenging process, and I believe that a good therapist starts with a good trusting relationship which is what I can provide for you. I gravitate to issues including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, attachment, relationship dynamics and perinatal mental health.
I am so proud to be apart of the mental health community where I can help bridge the gap with community members. I have been in the mental health field for a decade, where I have worked in many capacities such as being a crisis worker and working at an outpatient mental health clinic for children and adults within the public & private health sector.
