I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Psychology. I have also completed additional training in a variety of modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in Trauma, as well as Brief and Narrative Therapy. I am a lifelong academic, passionate about learning and being competent with new approaches and training that support those I work with. community agency focusing on individualized one-on-one mental health counselling for transitional-age youth.
