I specialize in treating adults dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship problems, feeling stuck, sad or angry, low self esteem and those with a history of trauma. I realize that there are usually several challenges, and that it takes courage to reach out for help. I have over a decade of experience helping people feel heard and understood, to feel less alone, more empowered, and more hopeful.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have extensive, additional training in several, evidence-based therapies that include CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, narrative therapy and lean on EFT and IFT informed intervention. I draw from a combination of methods to meet your goals and needs and I offer counselling online for your convenience.
I bring a warm, supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you get to the root of the problem. Together, you will learn to better deal with anxiety, stress, sadness, anger, overwhelm and painful memories; while building self esteem, self confidence, self compassion, and more resilience.
