Welcome to my page! I am extremely happy that you have made the first step to look for support. Within the counselling that I provide for clients, I use a soft welcoming approach where my ethics are valued with my clients by developing a working alliance that feels safe and trusting. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. I embrace working with clients with different age groups such as Children, Youth, and Adults. I also offer Individual, Couples or Family counselling based on your needs and goals. I am also passionate about working with clients with Autism and Social Needs.
Within the past 10 years, I have trained and developed the following skill set in the these areas: anxiety, depression, social anxiety, OCD, substance use, relationship issues, self-esteem, family systems and trauma work including CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) and PE (Prolonged Exposure).
