I practice with a warm, organic, and client-centred approach, inviting the client to guide the direction and pace of the sessions, and love to take a go-with-the-flow approach to see where our sessions end up!
I integrate a wide range of modalities, but typically practice with an eclectic lens, incorporating psychoeducation and techniques from various types of therapy, including Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and more!
