Welcome. I'm a queer, non-monogamous, non-binary/genderfluid, white settler on turtle island with ancestral roots in Germany and Russia. My practice focuses on narrative, mindfulness, somatic body-based, and attachment frameworks to trauma therapy within 2SLGBTQI+ communities. My approach is informed by intersectional feminism, critical race theory, and critical disability theory, and centres an understanding of how structural, identity-based violence and oppression impacts our mental and holistic well-being and nervous systems. I offer both individual and couples therapy. I believe kink is sacred and sex workers are magic.
Our work together is built on the strong foundation of our relationship to each other. I specialize in ethical non-monogamy, kink, trauma, BPD, consent, gender exploration, and gender transitions. My practice is informed by attachment theory, polyvagal theory, structural dissociative theory, and internal family systems therapy.
I offer free 15-minute consultations before booking the first session. I offer a limited number of appointments at reduced rates, prioritizing these spaces for trans femmes, trans women, and racialized, queer and trans folks.
