As a creative arts therapist, my practice is grounded in a strong belief in creative processes as inherently therapeutic. I have significant experience working with children struggling with: Anxiety, ADHD, oppositional behaviours, ASD, early childhood trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, low self esteem, difficulty socializing with others, and difficulties navigating parental separation and blended family dynamics. I also have experience facilitating creative arts therapy with adolescents and adults (this treatment modality is appropriate and effective for individuals of any age!)
