Navigating some of life’s more difficult challenges can sometimes be an overwhelming experience. You might be feeling worried, stressed, angry and questioning your place in the world. It is my hope and honor to act as an empathic guide, by creating a safe and supportive environment in which you can explore any confusing or unsettling thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationships you may be experiencing. I offer a collaborative and creative approach to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of any potentially negative patterns, and seek to enhance your strengths and resiliency to challenge and change them as they arise.
Currently, I provide virtual individual and family based counselling services for children, teens, and young adults. My areas of strength include: working with (and through) the experience of trauma, attachment issues, anger/aggression, ADHD, anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, and separation/divorce.
