I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered lens and utilize specific interventions such as CBT, Solution-focused therapy, Strength-based and narrative techniques. I work with individuals who experience, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, anger management, and addiction issues.
To accommodate your work schedule, I offer evening and Saturday appointments. I am available in-person and virtually on Tues. 5:30pm-9:30pm & Thurs. 5:30pm-9:30pm. On Saturday 8am-12pm (virtually).
