Working from a psychodynamic, attachment-theory, biopsychosocial, and person-centered lens, I remain committed in being flexible in my approach for my clients. Whether it is trauma/stress related, mood disorders, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, life-transitions or other life stressors, I recognize each client brings with them their own experiences.
Supporting children, youth, and adults, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic elements and techniques to individualize and personalize the therapy journey. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate space for you to exercise your authenticity and autonomy.
I view my role as an opportunity to accompany my clients on their journey of healing and self-discovery and I work to help my clients explore their own past/present experiences, while also helping them identify underlying emotions, breaking down barriers, and identifying unhelpful patterns and attachments in their life.
