Welcome! I am Registered Clinical Counsellor who is passionate about working with individuals struggling with disordered eating/eating disorders. I strive to help people with eating disorders cultivate a healthy relationship with themselves, food, and their body so that they can live rich and fulfilling lives.
I support clients in learning how to open their awareness to and liberate themselves from the negative impacts of deeply ingrained behavioural patterns, cultural ideas of beauty and worthiness, deep-rooted emotions, past traumas, and false beliefs about themselves, so that they can find their strengths and come to know and trust themselves.
Having struggled with my own mental well-being in my youth, as well as having recovered from my own disordered relationship with food and body, I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help. I will work with you to co-create a non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, supported, connected, and understood.
