My approach to therapy is integrative, by drawing on cognitive behaviour therapy, person centered therapy, and emotion focused therapy. I am most familiar working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and emotional regulation, as well as working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
