As a mom of 2, I can relate to a lot of the feelings above and I would love to help you on this journey to have a fulfilling relationship and life.
I offer couples therapy and individual therapy to different age groups. As a previous school social worker and children's mental health worker, I have a passion for working with children and youth with anxiety, struggles at school, social skills, and emotion regulation.
