I am currently accepting new clients! I offer both short-term and long-term psychotherapy sessions aimed to support meaningful change. I see people with a wide array of mental health concerns and life challenges including childhood or adulthood trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, infertility and/or childlessness, and addictions issues. I also specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals, empaths, and/or those dealing with longstanding chronic health issues.
My work encompasses a client-centered, strength based, feminist, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive approach. My chosen modalities are grounded in Narrative Therapy, various trauma informed interventions and Somatic Body focused work as well as Spirituality.I am someone that loves to work with someone on the soul level.
