The A & D seminars can allow you to compassionately explore your experiences with anxiety and depression, in a compassionate setting with individuals experiencing similar challenges. Let us work together in learning how anxiety and depression can impact us psychologically, physically, emotionally, and how we connect, or disconnect, with others and the world around us.
