I will work with you individually to develop a plan that best meets your needs, wishes, and aspirations. My approach with you may involve Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic therapeutic techniques.
I believe in collaborative therapy sessions and will start from where you are positioned. I will ensure you are well informed about the therapeutic interventions, coping tools, and resources to help manage your symptoms. My hope is to assist you with taking steps towards your goals identified.
