As a seasoned therapist and group practice owner, I've helped many people through experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-worth, and relationship-based issues. I have a particular interest in supporting late-diagnosed women with ADHD to shift from overwhelm and self-criticism to vibrancy and self-acceptance. I'm committed to providing clients with a compassionate space to process what's been hard while reclaiming connection, ease, and authenticity in their lives. I also provide clinical supervision and mentorship to qualifying therapists.
Using an integrative and collaborative approach, I help clients gently heal emotional and relational patterns that have been keeping them stuck through nervous system regulation and meaning-making.
