I work with children ages 3 and up, teens, and adults for individual therapy specializing in play therapy techniques, sand tray, and animal assisted therapy. Areas include: Anxiety, ADHD, Attachment/Early Childhood Trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behavioural Concerns, Cognitive Disabilities, Depression, Developmental Delays, Divorce/ Separation, Emotional Regulation, Family Conflict / Violence, Grief and Loss, Infertility, Life Transitions, Parenting Support, Self-esteem/Self-Compassion, Suicidal Ideation, and Trauma.
I specialize in testing and evaluation of psychoeducational assessments, learning disabilities and giftedness. I am training to become a registered play therapist and I offer animal assisted therapy.
I love to work with individuals and families as we collaboratively explore how early relationships influenced the way we understand, view, and belong in the world and create meaningful and purposeful goals as we journey on a path towards healing, growth, and change.
