In a warm and supportive atmosphere, with no judgment, you can learn practical tools to use right away in your everyday life to relieve symptoms. As you feel more balanced and more in control, therapy can address the issues that power your difficulties. Therapy will be focused on your needs and may draw from EFT, CBT, EMDR, and other approaches.
