Working from an attachment informed lens means that I value relationships and connection. I work with Individuals (adult), couples and families, to address various stressors impacting relationships. I specialize in helping to address challenges including expressions of anger, anxiety, depression, stress, parenting challenges, self-esteem and relationship issues.
Understanding and gaining insight into the forces that drive our decision making can help us to create long lasting changes and take control of our lives in a meaningful way. I utilize various modalities to help you make meaning of your experiences. Modalities include, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Brief Therapy and Mindfulness.
Connection is one of the underlying foundations that drive us in our day to day lives. Whether we are having difficulty regulating our emotions, trusting ourselves or others, or staying "present" in the here and now, we are all seeking loving connections.
