I'm committed to helping you discover a place of ease and resilience. My formal education is in Counselling Psychology (MA), Buddhist studies, Philosophy (BA). Fine Art (Minor) and Neuroscience (Graduate cert). I’m a trauma informed yoga, and Vipassana meditation teacher. I specialize in Internal Family Systems processes, Buddhist psychology and creativity.
