Over the past 25 years, I have helped clients explore and develop a sense of self-awareness, encouraging them to reflect on their experiences and how they shape their current perspectives. My personal experience with ADHD—both as a neurodivergent woman and as a parent—provides me with valuable insights into its impact on individuals and families.
