My desire to advocate for children, youth, & families began over 11 years ago in my role as education assistant, supporting students with special needs. With a creative arts background, my "silly side" often surfaces as I connect with young clients through music & play. For individuals & couples, talk therapy involves narrative and Gottman method techniques.
Pain is real. But so is hope. I am deeply humbled to walk alongside you in your healing journey, and I am in awe of your strength to seek support and to take action towards positive change.
