Dr. McBride is the founder & Director of the Cognitive & Interpersonal Therapy Centre (CITC), which has been in operation since 2003. Associates at CITC have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) & Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and we offer treatment to adults, adolescents & children. We treat an array of concerns including: mood & anxiety disorders, eating disorders, bipolar, trauma, insomnia, interpersonal & relationship issues, transitions & stress management. We also provide psychoeducational & social-emotional assessments for children & adults to identify learning disabilities, ADHD & giftedness.
We offer individual therapy sessions in person and online. We are located at the Yonge and Eglinton Centre, across the street from the Eglinton subway station.
