Often, we approach these parts of ourselves with judgment, unaware that they’ve played a role in helping us survive. When we experience trauma, our responses can become rooted in the past, rather than the present. My goal is to help you heal from those past wounds and restore a sense of calm and clarity within.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and relational, with a focus on building a strong, trusting connection. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore the intentions behind these inner parts and work through and process the difficult symptoms of trauma wounding.
