However, these parts have played a role in helping us survive. When trauma occurs, we often respond to the past rather than the present moment. My goal is to help you heal from the past and restore a sense of calm and clarity within yourself.

I take a collaborative and relational approach to therapy, emphasizing the therapeutic alliance as an essential component in healing. By creating a safe and supportive space, we can work together to explore the intentions behind different parts of yourself and process the difficult symptoms of trauma wounding.
