I certainly heard that a lot during my childhood and teenage years. It can be a habit to suppress your emotions if you grew up in environments where logic reigns supreme and the expression of emotions is discouraged. Unfortunately, that habit can lead to numbness, emotional dysregulation, as well as difficulty in building and maintaining healthy relationships.
That's why I want to be a companion on your journey of self discovery, healing and growth. I aim to create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings. I mainly utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you explore and gain clarity on your emotional cycles and how they affect you and your relationships.
