My counselling practice offers a welcoming space for clients to feel safe discussing life's challenges. With a background in Education, I practice person-centered therapy that focuses on connecting with clients to support them where they are at while encouraging them to grow. I have experience working with children and youth as well as adults. I work primarily with change and life transitions, anxiety, self-harm, school avoidance, relationships and depression.
I am a Certified School Counsellor, Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate (LCT-C) with the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick . I graduated with a Master of Education Counselling degree (MEd.) from the University of New Brunswick.
