Hello, I’m Claire (she/her)! I am a registered social worker (MSW, RSW) who is passionate about creating a safer space to support you on your wellness journey, whatever that may look like for you. I value the importance of creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, trauma-informed and strengths-focused environment to support you where you are. I have experience working with individuals who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, career exploration, ADHD, (dis)ability and social issues.
My therapeutic practice is eclectic as I apply a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused and mindfulness-based practices. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of practicing self-compassion and identifying strengths.
Collaboration is essential with my clients and we will work together to determine a path forward that works best for your own unique experiences. I am accepting new clients in-person or virtually.
