I focus on finding a balance of supporting individuals in reflection and exploration, while also offering tangible tools to enhance mental wellbeing. I prioritize establishing a strong therapeutic relationship that allows us to go deeper, while using both cognitive and somatic approaches for symptom management and problem solving.
The best insights and solutions come from people themselves, but sometimes it takes having that structured, supportive space, and a therapist who can act as an anchor amidst exploration, for people to have the confidence to change and grow. When meeting with me, you can expect to find someone who is knowledgeable, authentic, and deeply invested in your care.
