Working in an addiction treatment centre gives me great experience assisting clients dealing with substance abuse, stressful experiences, and past trauma. One of my goals is to help my clients heal and move past emotional crises through therapeutic modalities.
My career as a doctor, past trauma, and experience as an immigrant have humbled my heart to be compassionate and empathetic to others’ needs. My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe each client has unique strengths that will help empower positive change.
