If you feel stuck, then l could be the right match for you. My approach as a therapist is as simple as it sounds - we identify your goals and we find the best way to achieve these goals. I have been told that I am personable, professional, and at times humorous. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to therapy, and the concept of therapy itself is evolving.
