Hi, I am Chris Ashton, BEng, MD (ret'd), MBA, CE (Harvard), ICADC and provide consulting services to people who are struggling to be finished with their life dominated by addiction, and those who are learning the skills to stay happy and fulfilled free of substances. Along with lived experience, I have decades of experience working with people in recovery.
My approach deals with the science of addiction, how it develops, what it is and how to recover for life.
